The Airy Apamea (Apamea vultuosa) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found from coast to coast in southern Canada and the northern United States, south in the west to Oregon and Colorado, south in the east to Florida.
Adults are on wing from June to July depending on the location.
The larvae feed on Poaceae species.
